Rental Terms

Must be over the age of 21 to book a campsite
Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
ID must be presented at check-in
All sites, have a maximum of two vehicles and 6 people per site, and all vehicles must be able to fit on the camping pad
Vehicles that must be parked elsewhere may incur an additional fee
All rentals require a $200 security deposit (refundable upon checkout)
50% of rental fees due at 30 days from reservation date, remainder plus deposit is due at 7 days
Check-out time is at 11 am
Check-in time is between 1 pm and 4 pm
Same-day, late check-in (between 4pm & 8pm) is available, but is subject to staff availability and may incur a convenience fee
After 4pm, call or text to inquire about same-day late check-in
All campsite utilities included (electric, water, sewer, trash)
Sites can be rented by the day, week or month
Monthly renters may book an open-ended stay
Renters booking a fixed length stay must pay in full prior to check-in

Cancellations more than 30 days from the date of reservation are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the date of reservation will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations less than 14 days from the date of reservation are ineligible for refund of any rental fees paid (does not apply to security deposit).
Refund of security deposit is subject to the site being left as it was found on arrival, including but not limited to the condition of the utility hookups, condition of the campsite, and removal of all personal belongings and trash upon check out.
Monthly rentals with an open-ended stay must give 14 days’ notice of checkout date to qualify for refund of security deposit or rental fees for unused days.
A reservation may be moved to a different date free of charge if more than 30 days’ notice is given, but the length of stay may not be reduced and rates for the dates requested will apply.
A reservation may be moved if less than 30 days’ notice is given AND the park has other vacancies available. Otherwise, a service fee may be applied.
Length of stay may not be reduced.

Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
No alcoholic beverages in common areas
Wood burning fires in designated areas only
Hunting is prohibited
Max of two vehicles, six people per campsite
Visitors must park in visitors lot, parking on grass is prohibited<
No dog breeds over 50 lbs
Pets must be on a leash at all times
Clean up after pets<
No littering
Violation of rental agreement or parking rules will result in the removal of vehicles at the owner’s expense, if necessary
Violation of park rules or any section of Missouri Statute Chapter XXVI, Section 419.090 may result in ejection from the park, at the discretion of park staff
